Very close to the station which was really needed after a stressful day and near a lovely pub with a secret garden. Easily accessible, safe, clean and all amenities needed (kettle, fridge etc) very helpful and quick reply when had an issue with the tv. gorgeous studio. thank you

a lovely little compact living space in a very convenient location! such a short walk from the station which had the cheapest parking (for multiple days) and a walkable distance from everything else like the beach and the lanes. the place is easy to find and easy to get in. it’s fairly small but doesn’t feel too cramped and has everything you could need - a small kitchenette, a toaster, iron, a heated mirror in the shower room so it doesn’t steam up!! and the downstairs flat has a cute little outdoor garden space. the flat is below another and the floorboards are quite thin as we could hear what sounded like irish step dancing and singing above us at 1am in the morning but i guess the noise level depends on the other guests visiting at the time. bed is comfortable and shower room small but good. located on a hill but not a busy road. very nice place to stay.

Such a wonderful flat! It’s in a great area, so close to the lanes, train station, and some great places to eat and drink! We will definitely be back very soon! Would recommend to anyone :) Thank you very much for having us <3

Cosy little studio flat situated metres (3 min walk) from Brighton railway station, convenient to be in city centre and walkable. As a solo traveller who only needed somewhere to sleep/shower as I ate out everywhere, the flat was just right for my needs. There are x3 pubs a stones throw from the flat, so no shortage of places to drink and eat. Highly recommended.

The host was easy to contact and sent lovely reminders and checked everything was ok, the apartment location was perfect! Initial concerns upon arrival to the building were soon settled when you entered the apartment itself which is well looked after and well designed for a group of people. Happily stay again!

The flat was incredibly cozy, clean, and spacious. There’s no need to bring anything since it has just about everything you might need. The host was exceptionally nice, responsive, and helpful, always quick to reply. We would definitely love to book here again on our next visit to Brighton!
