Really lovely flat with a little garden which is ideal for unwinding after a day of walking in the lanes etc. Perfect for a solo trip or as a couple. Only thing was that the TV wasn't working - for Netflix etc - but that wasn't a big issue. Would come back again, 5*

myself and my partner spend a few nights in this lovely air bnb. the instructions were very clear on how to check in/out. the room and bathroom was spotless with all the essentials available. As well as a lovely outside space which was very nice in the hot weather, great location by the station and a short walk to the beach and city centre/lanes. Overall a very nice room would definitely recommend and stay again! Thank you Penny :)

Absolutely amazing place and location. Me and my group will definitely be back maybe as a small group or the same amount. But this was the best place out of many i wasnlooking for. Very student gathering friendly

Great Location and walking distance to all amenities so was perfect for what we needed. Penny was super responsive with all questions we had and made sure we knew she was on hand if we needed anything which thankfully we didn’t!

Myself and a friend have just left this host and it was an incredible experience, it is easily the NICEST airbnb in the area for me, it felt extremely safe and was a short walk from the train station and the lanes.Penny was super responsive when we had some issues with the tv and dropped off some spare batteries for the remote in the morning, the bathroom was gorgeous and the photos around the flat of brighton was an incredible sweet touch , i’d highly recommend this for anyone looking to stay. i will definitely be staying here again

Myself and my partner stayed here for 2 nights over the late May bank holiday weekend. The apartment is lovely, was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. Literally a minute walk from the train station and local buses, so perfect for connectivity. Brighton seafront is a 10 minute walk. Penny and Coco were both great hosts, responded to any queries really quickly and professionally. Would 100% stay here again if visiting Brighton. Thank you for a lovely experience!

Lovely little Airbnb only a few minutes walk from everything worth seeing in Brighton and right next to the station so we had no trouble finding it once we arrived. The outside area was lovely and everything was very clean and tidy when we arrived. The host was very helpful and replied to all queries we had promptly.

Cute little flat with all you need for a few lovely days! Great views and the ultimate location. The sofa looks medium comfy, but much comfier in person. Had a great time, thank you.

It was a nice place, host id super good and so supportive. The communication is well enough. Even allowed to our request so that was a positive point and about cleanliness we give 10/10. The overall experience was good and i will definitely recommend this place to all. Thanks to the host for having us.

This apartment is in the BEST location!! So close to the beach/restaurants/shops/bars. Couldn’t have found a better place for our hen party. The host was very clear with instructions and was even on hand when we accidentally left something behind when heading home and couldn’t get back into the building. All in all a fantastic weekend in a great spot, would highly recommend to any bigger groups!
