I had a very nice stay in Penny’s accomodation. It was small but so cosy and the location was perfect. The private terrace was a bonus! I felt very safe although I was travelling alone. I would recommend it to everyone, especially solo-travellers!

This flat is very very close to the station!And Penny was very kind and accommodating when I called her after 9 with a question about check-in. The keyless system was great for me as someone who stresses about keys. Apart from that, it’s nicely decorated and (just about!) has a sea view from the living room. It was really warm when we arrived, which was nice. Bedding was super comfy too. The bedside lights are a bit annoying because they’re both either on or off together, and you can only control them from one side. And with the bedroom facing the street you can get a bit of noise on weekends, but it doesn’t go on too late. Remember to close living room blinds before you go to bed, because they’ll shine through the translucent bedroom door!

Great little bolt hole. We only stayed this one night, but was perfectly placed for exploring Brighton. Right next to the train station and near to restaurants, pubs and entertainment places. Flat was clean and well presented. Lots to like!

My third time staying at Penny’s place. Place and location everything I needed. Always try to stay at one of their places. Bed is comfortable with good linens, kitchenette is all i needed, couch is comfortable, netflix on tv is activated, and good shower pressure.

We were a group of friends in our 30s getting together for a stag do. This place is no-frills, but clean and centrally located. Host is communicative and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the flexibility around early check-in and check out. The rental itself was very much as described. You might find the communal areas within the building need a freshen up when you arrive. However, these are just the communal areas to the building and once inside the flat itself things are very modern and tidy.

Great communication from Penny, flat was as described, clean and well maintained, best feature is it’s literally a few minutes from the station so perfect if arriving by train. Easy to access and pop in and out. Would recommend for a solo stay or for a couple.

Very close to the station which was really needed after a stressful day and near a lovely pub with a secret garden. Easily accessible, safe, clean and all amenities needed (kettle, fridge etc) very helpful and quick reply when had an issue with the tv. gorgeous studio. thank you

The host was easy to contact and sent lovely reminders and checked everything was ok, the apartment location was perfect! Initial concerns upon arrival to the building were soon settled when you entered the apartment itself which is well looked after and well designed for a group of people. Happily stay again!
