In the heart of the hustle and bustle of the city, you’re seconds walk away from local pubs and restaurants and only a minute from Queens Road; the main road into town and the seafront, offering cafes, bars, restaurants, local patisseries supermarkets and more. Following your stay, you’re then less than a minutes walk back to Brighton train station. I would highly recommend a trip to the pier during your stay, then hit the Lanes for some shopping, wine and dining! You have an array of bars and pubs to choose from. If you’re staying for longer, there is a laundrette around the corner and we can offer you a cleaning service.

Free Now is another taxi app local to the city and proves very useful when there aren’t any Ubers. They operate via local taxis and I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes.

Really lovely flat with a little garden which is ideal for unwinding after a day of walking in the lanes etc.
Perfect for a solo trip or as a couple. Only thing was that the TV wasn't working - for Netflix etc - but that wasn't a big issue.

myself and my partner spend a few nights in this lovely air bnb. the instructions were very clear on how to check in/out. the room and bathroom was spotless with all the essentials available. As well as a lovely outside space which was very nice in the hot weather, great location by the station and a short walk to the beach and city centre/lanes. Overall a very nice room would definitely recommend and stay again! Thank you Penny :)

Myself and a friend have just left this host and it was an incredible experience, it is easily the NICEST airbnb in the area for me, it felt extremely safe and was a short walk from the train station and the lanes.Penny was super responsive when we had some issues with the tv and dropped off some spare batteries for the remote in the morning, the bathroom was gorgeous and the photos around the flat of brighton was an incredible sweet touch , i’d highly recommend this for anyone looking to stay. i will definitely be staying here again

Myself and my partner stayed here for 2 nights over the late May bank holiday weekend. The apartment is lovely, was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. Literally a minute walk from the train station and local buses, so perfect for connectivity. Brighton seafront is a 10 minute walk. Penny and Coco were both great hosts, responded to any queries really quickly and professionally. Would 100% stay here again if visiting Brighton. Thank you for a lovely experience!

Lovely little Airbnb only a few minutes walk from everything worth seeing in Brighton and right next to the station so we had no trouble finding it once we arrived. The outside area was lovely and everything was very clean and tidy when we arrived. The host was very helpful and replied to all queries we had promptly.

A lovely break at Penny’s place! A great location and perfectly equipped. Comfy bed and very well maintained. The little courtyard garden was a real treat and a lovely sun trap. Thanks for a lovely stay.

I found Penny’s studio exactly as described, small but beautifully furnished and clean. The location is very convenient, within a couple of minutes walk from the station. I stayed mid week, but there were no issues of noise from the street (this is at street level). Very homely and cleverly planned, I found it more comfortable than staying in a hotel.

Lovely little place & dog friendly. Great location right by the station so we could easily walk to local restaurants etc. Host was friendly and super communicative - checked in regularly to make sure all was ok and gave us a great recommendation for a lovely coffee shop nearby

Great stay at Penny's the location is wonderful, close to the train station , buses and walkable to everything you need and could want in town. Greta location to explore Brighton. Only small gripe were the noisy neighbours after midnight upstairs but this is certainly not the hosts fault. All in all a great stay and made getting around Brighton really easy.
