Pets Pets are welcome for an additional £20 to cover for additional wear, tear & cleaning. Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture. All damage or additional cleaning of furniture is chargeable. You must let us know in advance if you are bringing your pet. Garden The garden is only for use between the house of 08:00 - 21:30. This is to avoid disruption to our neighbours. We appreciate your consideration. Quiet hours Our quiet hours are from 22:00 - 08:00. Please keep the volume down within these hours. No parties I'm afraid, we want all our guests and neighbours to have an equally enjoyable time. Sofa bed If you would like to use the sofa bed, an additional charge of £20 will be charged to cover the additional linen and laundering. Please let us know if you require this service so we can ensure the linen is ready for your arrival. Early check in/late check out Early check in or late check out are available by request for an additional £15 per night. Please let us know if you require this service. We will charge a late check out fee if you do not vacate the apartment by the time of check out.

In the heart of the hustle and bustle of the city, you’re seconds walk away from local pubs and restaurants and only a minute from Queens Road; the main road into town and the seafront, offering cafes, bars, restaurants, local patisseries supermarkets and more. Following your stay, you’re then less than a minutes walk back to Brighton train station. I would highly recommend a trip to the pier during your stay, then hit the Lanes for some shopping, wine and dining! You have an array of bars and pubs to choose from. If you’re staying for longer, there is a laundrette around the corner and we can offer you a cleaning service.

Car parks within walking distance: - Churchill Square Car Park (24hrs parking available) - NPC Car Park Russell Road (24hrs parking available) - RCP Car Park (24hrs parking available) - Trafalgar St Car Park (24hrs parking available) If you have an electric car, the closest charge points are on Centurion Road and Buckingham Road. These are lamp post chargers. There is a fast charging available at Trafalgar St Car Park (within walking distance) If you want to get round the city, the buses are great. Download the Brighton & Hove bus application and get almost anywhere in the city. Uber is also available. Free Now is another taxi app local to the city and proves very useful when there aren’t any Ubers. They operate via local taxis and I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes.

un charmant petit espace de vie compact dans un emplacement très pratique ! À seulement quelques minutes à pied de la gare, qui proposait le parking le moins cher (pour plusieurs jours), et à distance de marche de tout le reste comme la plage et les Lanes. L'endroit est facile à trouver et l'accès est simple. C'est assez petit mais on ne s'y sent pas trop à l'étroit et il y a tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin : une petite kitchenette, un grille-pain, un fer à repasser, un miroir chauffant dans la salle de douche pour éviter la buée !! Et l'appartement du rez-de-chaussée dispose d'un petit espace extérieur de jardin très mignon. L'appartement est situé sous un autre et les planchers sont assez fins, car nous avons entendu ce qui ressemblait à des claquettes irlandaises et du chant au-dessus de nous à 1h du matin, mais j'imagine que le niveau de bruit dépend des autres invités présents à ce moment-là. Le lit est confortable et la salle de douche petite mais bien. Situé sur une colline mais pas sur une route passante. Très bel endroit où séjourner. a lovely little compact living space in a very convenient location! such a short walk from the station which had the cheapest parking (for multiple days) and a walkable distance from everything else like the beach and the lanes. the place is easy to find and easy to get in. it’s fairly small but doesn’t feel too cramped and has everything you could need - a small kitchenette, a toaster, iron, a heated mirror in the shower room so it doesn’t steam up!! and the downstairs flat has a cute little outdoor garden space. the flat is below another and the floorboards are quite thin as we could hear what sounded like irish step dancing and singing above us at 1am in the morning but i guess the noise level depends on the other guests visiting at the time. bed is comfortable and shower room small but good. located on a hill but not a busy road. very nice place to stay.

Un appartement vraiment merveilleux ! Il est situé dans un quartier génial, tout près des Lanes, de la gare et de super endroits pour manger et boire un verre !
