Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la propriété est idéalement située avec tout ce que nous voulions faire à distance de marche. L'appartement était bien présenté et équipé de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Nous recommanderions sans hésiter cette propriété ! :) We had a lovely stay, the property is in a great location with everything we wanted to do within walking distance. The flat was nicely presented with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this property! :)

L'appartement avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour notre court séjour - il était lumineux et propre ; l'espace extérieur était un vrai plus. Nous avons tous les deux très bien dormi et nous reviendrions ici sans hésiter ! The apartment had everything we needed for our short stay - it was bright and clean; the outside area was a bonus. We both slept very well and we would definitely stay here again!

J'ai passé un très agréable séjour dans le logement de Penny. C'était petit mais tellement cosy, et l'emplacement était parfait. La terrasse privée était un vrai plus ! Je me suis sentie très en sécurité même en voyageant seule. Je le recommande à tout le monde, en particulier aux voyageurs solo ! I had a very nice stay in Penny’s accomodation. It was small but so cosy and the location was perfect. The private terrace was a bonus! I felt very safe although I was travelling alone. I would recommend it to everyone, especially solo-travellers!

Cet appartement est vraiment très proche de la gare ! Et Penny a été très gentille et arrangeante lorsque je l'ai appelée après 21h avec une question sur l'enregistrement. Le système sans clé était parfait pour moi, car je stresse toujours à propos des clés. À part cela, c'est joliment décoré et (tout juste !) il y a une vue sur la mer depuis le salon. Il faisait vraiment chaud quand nous sommes arrivés, ce qui était agréable. La literie était aussi super confortable. Les lampes de chevet sont un peu embêtantes car elles s'allument ou s'éteignent toutes les deux en même temps, et on ne peut les contrôler que d'un seul côté. Et comme la chambre donne sur la rue, il peut y avoir un peu de bruit le week-end, mais ça ne dure pas trop tard. Pensez à fermer les stores du salon avant d'aller vous coucher, car la lumière passe à travers la porte de la chambre qui est translucide ! This flat is very very close to the station!And Penny was very kind and accommodating when I called her after 9 with a question about check-in. The keyless system was great for me as someone who stresses about keys. Apart from that, it’s nicely decorated and (just about!) has a sea view from the living room. It was really warm when we arrived, which was nice. Bedding was super comfy too. The bedside lights are a bit annoying because they’re both either on or off together, and you can only control them from one side. And with the bedroom facing the street you can get a bit of noise on weekends, but it doesn’t go on too late. Remember to close living room blinds before you go to bed, because they’ll shine through the translucent bedroom door!

Super petit pied-à-terre. Nous n'y avons passé qu'une nuit, mais l'emplacement était parfait pour explorer Brighton. Juste à côté de la gare et proche des restaurants, pubs et lieux de divertissement. L'appartement était propre et bien présenté. Beaucoup de points positifs ! Great little bolt hole. We only stayed this one night, but was perfectly placed for exploring Brighton. Right next to the train station and near to restaurants, pubs and entertainment places. Flat was clean and well presented. Lots to like!

C'est la troisième fois que je séjourne chez Penny. L'endroit et l'emplacement étaient tout ce dont j'avais besoin. J'essaie toujours de rester dans l'une de leurs propriétés. Le lit est confortable avec de bons draps, la kitchenette était suffisante pour moi, le canapé est confortable, Netflix est activé sur la télévision, et la pression de la douche est bonne. My third time staying at Penny’s place. Place and location everything I needed. Always try to stay at one of their places. Bed is comfortable with good linens, kitchenette is all i needed, couch is comfortable, netflix on tv is activated, and good shower pressure.

Nous étions un groupe d'amis dans la trentaine réunis pour un enterrement de vie de garçon. Cet endroit est simple, mais propre et très bien situé au centre. L'hôte est communicatif et serviable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la flexibilité concernant l'enregistrement anticipé et le départ tardif. La location correspondait tout à fait à la description. Vous pourriez trouver que les parties communes de l'immeuble auraient besoin d'un rafraîchissement à votre arrivée. Cependant, il ne s'agit que des espaces communs du bâtiment et, une fois à l'intérieur de l'appartement, tout est très moderne et propre. We were a group of friends in our 30s getting together for a stag do. This place is no-frills, but clean and centrally located. Host is communicative and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the flexibility around early check-in and check out. The rental itself was very much as described. You might find the communal areas within the building need a freshen up when you arrive. However, these are just the communal areas to the building and once inside the flat itself things are very modern and tidy.

Excellente communication de la part de Penny, l'appartement était conforme à la description, propre et bien entretenu. Le meilleur atout est qu'il se trouve littéralement à quelques minutes de la gare, donc parfait si vous arrivez en train. Accès facile, on peut entrer et sortir aisément. Je recommande pour un séjour en solo ou en couple. Great communication from Penny, flat was as described, clean and well maintained, best feature is it’s literally a few minutes from the station so perfect if arriving by train. Easy to access and pop in and out. Would recommend for a solo stay or for a couple.

The host was easy to contact and sent lovely reminders and checked everything was ok, the apartment location was perfect! Initial concerns upon arrival to the building were soon settled when you entered the apartment itself which is well looked after and well designed for a group of people. Happily stay again!
